Lead the Way: Building a Culture of Mentoring

Thinking about how to facilitate and build a culture of mentoring within your organization and/or on your campus? Join us for a one day workshop designed to help you strategically plan and create tangible action steps for embedding mentoring into the fabric of your institution. Through this workshop you will:

  • Learn about the Wake Forest mentoring model and culture
  • Gain insight into new mentoring strategies and the changing demographics of college students and young professionals
  • Network with professionals from other organizations and institutions
  • Create a strategic plan for developing a culture of mentoring
  • Receive a toolkit with handbooks, guides, and planning materials to take back to your organization
  • Access to one hour of consulting with Wake Forest Mentoring Resource Center staff


Registration Fee: $199.00/person
(includes breakfast, lunch, printed materials, and one-hour of consulting)
